Aquila is the leading men’s footwear brand in Australia, operating across 55 retail stores nationwide. Proudly Australian owned since 1958, they are known for our commitment to creating quality, stylish men’s shoes for any occasion.
Aquila translated from Italian is ‘Eagle’, which was chosen by our founder for the qualities it represents: Confidence, Strength and Style. They aim to inspire confidence in all Aquila men, because when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, it shows. We are inspired by the ever-evolving world we live in, which we translate into designs that are made for the modern man’s world.
What we did
As part of the brand expansion, Apprato worked with Aquila to increase their digital reach and support their growing eCommerce requirements.
- We Consulted on hosting solution architecture and best practices for continuous deployment.
- We integrated Emarsys™ Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform to allow Aquila to export data feeds and develop mail lists and record sales metric engagements with front-end engagement trackers.
- Integrated sales, shipping & CRM integration for reporting and improved metric analysis
- We updated the payment gateway to Braintree with Kount for AI Driven Fraud Protection.
- Implemented advanced Look book Engine, to show case seasons fashion apparel
